Shipping Policy

Orders placed on HollinsheadStudios.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.

Please allow 3 -5 business days to receive your order.

Order placed before noon CT will be shipped same day. Order placed after noon CT will be shipped the following day, excluding Holidays and weekends.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any product removed from its original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product. For assistance with an exchange for a defective item, contact Customer Service at HollinsheadStudiosLLC@gmail.com

Comics, mini cooks, one prints, books and shipping fees are not returnable or exchangeable.

Digital downloads are not returnable. However, if you are having compatibility or quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance.
